Piazza Honda of Springfield

After a few lucky hand me down cars, i was finally in the market for my first car so i decided to make a spontaneous trip to piazza Honda to see if i could narrow down what i was looking for. Jim came out and talked to me about my needs and what i was looking for and we landed on an hrv. I came back the next week and looked at the hrvs that were available and found one that i loved. Jim is very knowledgeable and answered every question that i had. He was so friendly and all of his jokes helped me feel at ease while making my first car purchase! Matt in finance was able to answer all of my questions and help me feel like i was getting a good deal while still maintaining my budget. I also traded in my car which was a very simple process. Everyone at the dealership made me feel so at home and i was able to walk out with my dream car that night. I’m very happy with my experience and will be recommending everyone i know who needs a car to go to piazza Honda. More
