I started with a good sales rep, currently your sales manager. No pressure, and he had such confidence that after driving the RL I'd appreciate it enough, after trying Lexus and BMW, to come back and tal manager. As to service, I have been impressed EVERY time over several years now. It's the consistency of their courtesy and sincere desire to be helpful and accommodating that I respect the most. My grandfather was a local car dealer from 1919-1969 and offered "white glove service". Yours would qualify for that description. The car and the service combine to be the best overall I've ever enjoyed in the past 45 years. It's been the most enjoyable and trouble free car I've ever owned, still looks, feels, and performs like new, and is one I'll not want to let out of the family even when I decide to get a new model someday. More
