It is nice to be able to drive into the dealership garage and leave the car for service. I was greeted upon arrival. I had an appointment for service and I went over what I wanted with the service adviso and leave the car for service. I was greeted upon arrival. I had an appointment for service and I went over what I wanted with the service advisor. The waiting room has a TV, WiFi and an assortment of drinks & snacks. The only downfall is the chairs...they are not very comfortable if you have to wait awhile. My car needed a few more things done to it from my original request so an advisor came out and explained them to me. I was fine with it and the service took another hour so in all I was there for 2.5 hours. I received a car wash coupon, which is fine since I didn't want to wait any longer. I know that in previous visits when I dropped my car off and didn't wait, you can ask them to have the car washed. My car was brought back into the service area while I was paying. I like this little added service so I don't have to walk all over looking for my car. Overall, everyone was polite and efficient. More

This dealership is like any other decent dealership. Nothing stands out as special.. they do have wifi and complimentary starbucks coffee, snacks for customers. The waiting area is small but open. The service representative keeps me updated during the service. They do not vacuum or wash the car at dealership after service but provide coupons for other car wash places, which I never use. I would prefer they do vacuum and wash after service in the dealership. Leaving the dealership apart, Acura cars are awesome. More
