Great Customer Service I was greeted promptly and courteously at arrival. I was then quickly taken in to registration desk and greeted by Megan K. She was very helpful, precise in her work and pleasant. I explained my problem, went for a raodtest with the mechanic and when I got back the loaner car was ready for me. A part needed to be ordered, so I was able to keep the loaner car until the next day, I received a call by Megan letting my know my car was done. When I arrived I was greeted by Megan again. She explained what was done to fix my car and took me to the cashier where I was greeted by Megan M. She was also very helpful, prompt and courteous. She even offered me a free car wash coupon because it was raining when I picked up my car. The issue with my car was fixed and the car is working just fine. Overall from start to finish, I had a very pleasant experience with my service team at Acura. More

Substantial Delays in Service I was told my B123 service would take one hour since I had arrived at 7:40 AM. At 9:10 AM no one from service approached me to tell me why my vehicle I was told my B123 service would take one hour since I had arrived at 7:40 AM. At 9:10 AM no one from service approached me to tell me why my vehicle had been delayed. I watched five other customers exit during my tenure waiting to be apprised of my car. Finally I approached Matt to ask him about my vehicle. I then was told no problem you'll be finished shortly. At 9:40am, I went to the service manager and asked about my vehicle status. I told him I've now been here almost 2 hours. The service manager was very patient and found out that my car was approximately finished in five or 10 minutes. He listened to my concerns. He also was able to void out the cost of the service for that day. More

I don't know why when you buy a car from a dealership they tell you how great there service department is.And that you will never have a Issue with them.The last month has been a hard part of our life we they tell you how great there service department is.And that you will never have a Issue with them.The last month has been a hard part of our life we had to bury our 23 year old son.With everything going on in our life believe me I didn't need any more greif about getting my wifes car inspected.I called on Thursday for a Friday appointment and was told the best they could do would be Monday. I told Rachael that that would not work for me.So I wrote a reveiw and after calling Ardmoore Acura dealership to schedule an appointment for my suppose to be free inspection for the life of the car with Piazza.And when I got home from work there was a message from Rachael that they can put me with another team and fit me in.I didn't ask for a team I just wanted my car inspected.I received a phone call on Friday from the service department asking me a couple questions.I gave them my answers and I picked my car up and everything was done Thank You for that.Charlie Campbell More
