First Service I have purchased two cars from Piazza and have been very happy with the lack of hassle when it comes to arriving at a price. This is the first time I have had a vehicle serviced by Piazza and they were very accommodating in view of the fact I stopped in on a cold try with no appointment. They told me my wait would be about two hours, but it turned out to be only one. Megan was very helpful and arranged for me to meet the mechanic to discuss the reasoning behind Acura's use of a partial synthetic oil vs. full synthetic (my preference). I still don't understand why Acura will not allow a full synthetic oil change for the MDX. The customer service area in this facility is really lackluster compared to other dealers of luxury cars. I was really surprised as to how sparse it is. Fortunately, Megan was able to find me a vacant table in the main showroom where I could work during the servicing. More
