Pleasant Experience My wife took her car in for inspection with the idea that it would only take an hour and a half and she would wait for it. She was informed that it co My wife took her car in for inspection with the idea that it would only take an hour and a half and she would wait for it. She was informed that it could take two hours and was offered a loaner vehicle if she wished to go home or she could wait in their customer waiting room. She was uncomfortable driving a vehicle that she wasn't familiar with and chose to stay and wait. They even offered to drive her over to the shopping center if she would like. She chose to stay and wait. She was pleasantly surprised at the customer waiting room and all that was offered to make her stay more comfortable. The customer service reps kept her informed on the progress and explained what needed to be done to pass inspection and things that would need to be taken care of in the not so distant future. The overall process was quite enjoyable with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. More

In addition, he claimed what was being advertised online was not valid and not being offered even though it was published online and printed on my ticket at the time of service. No one else in the whole dealership was able to help me when I questioned the coupon that should have been given at service according to online and my paperwork. Apparently, the service manager is the only one that can help customers when asked a question about service and advertisements Still waiting for that promised follow up call. More

He stayed late so we could get the deal done that night and was very professional and nice. I explained that I was going to take the car to my mechanic on Monday to get looked over. There was a minor problem that needed to be addressed. It would have cost me close to $500 dollars to get it fixed on my own. I took the car back to the Acura service dept. Jeff and Stuart were so great about it, they had it up on the lift within an hour and confirmed the issue. They ordered the parts, and go me scheduled for this Friday 9/2 at 1:30pm. Stuart called me and set the appointment on Wed 8/31. The level of service has been exceptional and I am very pleased with everything. Piazza Acura is great and I would recommend you guys to anyone buying a car. This is the 3rd car we've purchased from Piazza of West Chester and we'll be back again! More

From the first phone call to leaving the shop later that afternoon the service department was friendly, helpful and quickly responsive to my requests. It was necessary for me to bring 2 dogs that were in my care and they cooperated with this. An immediate short term fix was needed which required removing the driver side visor and then arrangements were made for the return complete repair. Fast and easy visit which I appreciated. More
