It is a pleasure to do business and they make the inconvenience of auto maintenance as painless as possible. If you need a loaner it is ready to go on arrival, and the waiting area is comfortable with wifi to work if you stay. When I made my service appt I asked to have a general weather stripping inspection, I believe the areas looked at are the ones I mentioned because my wife found some weather stripping deteriorating on the upper left tailgate near visor. Overall I'm satisfied I just thought that was a good opportunity to have the techs review my weather stripping in general since it was missed when I bought this pre-certified. Thanks Troy More
