But I was so impressed from beginning to end with everyone I spoke to on the phone, passed in the store or interacted with during the service - every employee had a smile, held the door or said a kind remark - I’m serious it was like another universe. I needed the loaner to be able to for 3 car seats and they made sure to accommodate that request with ease. I asked for quotes for the work and they took the time to give them to me with no feeing of rush. They called twice during the day to update me ok service and even compliment me for how well maintained the car has been. By the time I paid the cashier my car was pulling up behind me washed and vacuumed. Excellent experience. Would highly recommend. Never felt so repsiected or well taken care of at any other garage. More

Annual inspection and service I came in to Piazza Acura in West Chester for my annual inspection and servicing. I was told it would be about an hour and a half, and I elected to w I came in to Piazza Acura in West Chester for my annual inspection and servicing. I was told it would be about an hour and a half, and I elected to wait. In just under an hour, my inspection was completed along with an oil change, tire rotation, and another maintenance service that was due. Everything was explained to me ahead of time, and a car wash voucher was offered. I was very pleased. More

Awesome Service -- As Usual Managed to pick up a screw in one of my wife's tires. She brought the car (our 21st Acura purchase, by the way) to Piazza service to have it checked. Managed to pick up a screw in one of my wife's tires. She brought the car (our 21st Acura purchase, by the way) to Piazza service to have it checked. In a matter of minutes the screw was removed and the tech reported that it was just embedded in the tread and caused no damage to the tire. The best part was there was no charge for the service. Thanks to all of the service folks at Piazza. They go above and beyond with customer service every time we visit. More
