major MDX repair Had issue with something in drivetrain (MDX 52000 mi). Diagnosed as either transfer box or transmission. Service quickly notified Zurich insurance, wh Had issue with something in drivetrain (MDX 52000 mi). Diagnosed as either transfer box or transmission. Service quickly notified Zurich insurance, who came out and agreed with diagnosis. Changed transfer box; did not solve problem. Changed transmission to solve. I had a loner car for the 2+ weeks the MDX was in the shop. When picked up, my MDX was spotless! Looks like a new car! Can't say enough about the super service! Bob, who handled my case, kept me informed all the way along. The entire crew who worked on my car were superb! Best ever!! More

Awesome!!! I took my car in. They diagnosed the problem properly. They let me borrow a car because the part was not in. They fixed it the next day and I had my I took my car in.
