Ask if I was there for pick up and sent me to cashier. The cashier didn’t have paper work went out to guys to get it. No problem getting info on service or charges. Gave me the keys and back to know 3 guys but no car. Had to ask where it was and 5 minutes later it showed up. When I arrived I should’ve been asked who I was and brought the car around. More
