Personal service attention is lacking. As a 10 years’ old customer of Piazza Acura of West Chester, I have been coming to this location for periodic service maintenance of my 2007 Acura RDX As a 10 years’ old customer of Piazza Acura of West Chester, I have been coming to this location for periodic service maintenance of my 2007 Acura RDX (which currently has only 65k miles). However, in the last few years, I've noticed a rushed service experience, with complete lack of personal attention. To describe a recent incident - I’ve been experiencing a sort of whining/whistling noise, coming off during acceleration (even at low-speed), which I reported to John Davenport (my service coordinator) on July 2019 when I went in for state/emission inspection. The diagnosis revealed no such noise by the technicians. A month later, as the issue got exacerbated and the noise got louder, I scheduled a test drive on Aug 27. The test drive confirmed the noise and further diagnosis revealed a full power steering pump replacement with estimated cost of over $650. I was also informed that this is a possible fix, and it may or may not address the issue. I went back and took a second opinion from a local service center (Meineke) and asked them to run a complete inspection. Their full diagnosis revealed replacing the O-ring that holds the connector to the pump. The Meineke technicians noticed bubbles or foaming fluid which they had to clean off. They replaced the 0-ring which significantly reduced the noise problem but also suggested replacing the power steering pump reservoir to get rid of the problem completely. They could not find the original OEM part of the reservoir so I had to take the car back. Replacing the O-ring costed me $25 and I am told that power steering pump reservoir, which is only available in Acura dealership, costs no more than $20. I am surprised, shocked and dissatisfied with the level of diagnostic expertise that the service technicians at Piazza Acura of West Chester showed when I took my car on Aug 27 at 7:30 in the morning. I had suspected the diagnosis was rushed, incomplete or inept, and the service delivery philosophy was "to replace the entire system if no issues could be found". I expected a higher level of customer service experience from this location. I am going back to Piazza Acura of West Chester, on Sept 04, apparently to discuss what was missed in the earlier diagnosis and what they can do better to improve my service level. More

Quick and easy! I took the car in at 1 o’clock for oil change and tire rotation and they were done by 1:45. Friendly, Quick and Efficient Every time I go for service at Piazza Acura in West Chester I’m checked in quickly and given an estimate of the wait time. Waiting area is clean, has refreshments and a charging station for electronics. If they find anything that needs my attention they talk me through it and tell me the cost. There is no pressure to get the work done on that visit. At checkout they review the results and let me know of anything that will need maintenance in the future. They also give you a coupon for a free car wash. I always have a good visit. Love my Acura. More
