Simple oil change I brought my Acura RDX in for an oil change. No appointment. No problem. Just drove in. They did a complete check of the car and oil change. New battery installed in a jiffy! AAA jump started my dead car. I drove straight to Acura-did not have an appointment. Worst Customer Service Ever and will never come back again! I called piazza Acura West Chester, They advised me to come in for A13. Also warned me about 4 hr wait time. I dropped my SUV and my wife picked me up I called piazza Acura West Chester, They advised me to come in for A13. Also warned me about 4 hr wait time. I dropped my SUV and my wife picked me up and we were busy with shopping and suddenly I checked my phone at 4:00 PM in the evening, never got a call from Acura, so I called them back to check if my service was done. A guy named John answered my call and told me that, service was done couple of hours back and he mentioned we close in 30 mins. I rushed there to pick up my SUV and realized services closes at 5:00 PM. Very unfair, John made me rush and showed all the attitude. He was not at all helpful, but just gave hard time to a customer. I recently bought a Lexus and loved their service. I am done buying Honda/ Acura vehicles. Will never return to west Chester location again for service. More
