I needed a flat tire replacement. In advance of me getting there for my appointment, I called to share what tires I had on my car and emailed photos of the tire too. However, when I go there, I was told that the exact tire that matched what I had was not in stock so because I was in a hurry, I had no option but to accept whatever was in stock.
