My wife and I purchased a 2004 MDX there, and have enjoyed servicing our vehicle there as their staff continues to be pleasant, prompt and relia me. I've given them a 5 for all categories, save quality of work, save price, as I feel their costs could be more competitive for some of the basic maintenance items, like inspections/emissions, or replacing brake pads. However, for the convenience and outstanding customer service, and ensuring my now six-year-old, 120k mile vehicle stays in top shape, it's been worth it. More

I felt no pressure to purchase that day, and the associate even informed me that I could have the filters changed at my next service appointment. I purchased one of the filters that day. After a few experiences at Piazza Acura of West Chester, I will not take my car anywhere else. This dealer offers multiple coupons that can be used together, which is another positive. My 2005 Acura RL, bought new in 2004, has 114,000 miles on it and has only been serviced at Piazza Acura. I have never had a problem with the car.
