Great Experience from beginning to end. Everyone is polite and friendly. Service is exceptional. They honored the factory warranty even though it expired two months ago. Purchased MDX here in 04 and service it here most of the time. They will work with you on pricing. Still a little high if you only consider the actual service but if you add in the free loaner car during time. They will work with you on pricing. Everyone is very friendly, sympathetic with the hassle of having to bring in a car to be fixed and empathetic about the stress it causes. When I picked my car up and drove it home, I noticed an additional problem that I thought they should have picked up on (hence the 4). I took it back immediately and again experienced the great attitude and offer of a loaner. Service was under warranty and you have to love that! More
Own 2008 RDX purchased a year ago. Last week vehicle would not start due to the battery. Called service asking a question regarding the navigation code and the friendly women guided me and advised that would not start due to the battery. I am very frustrated and disappointed. My TL has now been returned three times for the same issue and it remains unresolved. I believe the issue, noise in the passenger door, to have been created while been returned three times for the same issue and it remains unresolved. I believe the issue, noise in the passenger door, to have been created while performing a warranty repair of the left hand mirror actuator and should never have been let alone remain an issue. Each of these return trips requires a drive of 100 miles and 2 hours which greatly increases my frustration level. More
I got into the dealership at 8:30 AM. There was a line that went very quickly. I had called ahead so all the paperwork to be signed was there. They had told me it would be agout 2 hrs and I opted to wait that went very quickly. I had called ahead so all the paperwork to be signed was there. The service is always excellent at West Chester Acura; if one service rep is busy, the others are willing to step right up to assist. The price was right around the number that I expected.
