There is always coffee and cold drinks in the fridge and free internet in the waiting room. I am not sure if I want to get another Acura as my next car, but knowing that I will have to leave the superior service experience is definitely a factor. More

I had a list of issues for them to review with me, and they took the time to document and cover each one thoroughly. In fact, some issues were discovered that required additional warranty repair, and the return visit was scheduled in the near future with a loaner car promised for the day. This is exactly what I would have expected for an Acura Service Dealer, and I hope this level of service continues as long as I own this vehicle.
