I have been extremely pleased with every service visit I have ever scheduled with Piazza ACURA. I always get right in and am accomodated in a quicker fashion than any other dealer I have ever purchased a v have ever scheduled with Piazza ACURA. I always get right in and am accomodated in a quicker fashion than any other dealer I have ever purchased a vehicle from. Piazza clearly values me as a customer and that is evident every time I am in the dealership. My car is worked, it is spotless upon return and I have been given loaner vehicles to minimize my disruption. This last visit I didn't anticipate needing one, but when it was evident that the work scope grew, Lee found a car for me to drive almost immediately. 5 out of 5 is my rating for Piazza ACURA. This was the first time we took our MDX in for an oil change since purchasing in December 2011. I could not have been more thrilled about how timely and friendly the service was. Everything was explained to me in detail including the services being performed and what I was being charged. The technician even updated our service-log in our glove-box without being asked! We would highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a car and also for any service/auto body work! More
