I went in for a tire bearing issue. When I went to get it fixed, I was called about an “issue” they identified. The issue never existed and now my car makes all kinds of noise. I personally do not enjoy the car buying process. I think the constant negotiation and “let me go ask my manager” is outdated and overdone. With that said, I think Bob Ruhno was honest and fair.
