We purchased a Used Acura from Precision Acura of Princeton. Shortly after 2 months the transmission broke. We contacted Precision Acura and were told to bring it to the closest dealer which was Piaz Princeton. Shortly after 2 months the transmission broke. We contacted Precision Acura and were told to bring it to the closest dealer which was Piazza Acura. After diagnosis Piazza confirmed the transmission was bad along with a broked motor mount and rear strut. Precision Acura would give us no help and said it was our problem. The cost of the repair was $4800. Piazza Acura was willing to go to bat for us and negotiated a repair price with Acura Corp. that was just a fraction of the original price. When Precision Acura let us down, Piazza Acura stepped up to the plate. They even gave us a brand new 2010 Acura TL as a loaner car while ours was being repaired. John in the service deptartment was great. Thanks! More
We recently bought a used vehicle from Piazza Acura of West Chester, and were very impressed. We are from Michigan, and found the vehicle on the internet. Everything went very smoothly--no problems at all in arranging the purchase, paperwork, etc. The vehicle was very clean and accurately described, and everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mike Casey, and to Suzi, who made special efforts for us even after we got back to Michigan, to find the vehicle entry code and a key to the trailer hitch which the previous owner still had. Also they sent me back to Michigan with a full tank of gas! It was a pleasure doing business with Piazza Acura. More
i just bought a car off of rob moffa and was very happy with how he handled me through out the buying proscess. I never like to bargain with salesman, but it was a pleasure when he discounted the 07 TL wh with how he handled me through out the buying proscess. He also assured my that a certified car would come with a bumber to bumber warranty for atleast 1 year so I feel better than driving my last car. Only complaint is that they should've told me about how i could get a pinstripe that i still want. More

I went here because of a flat tire, and they suggested that I get a new sets of windshield wipers. I told them that I recently had purchased a new windshield wipers a month ago, but they insisted that the one I have is not working properly. I could not believe what I was hearing, because I had just used them a day before and they were perfectly fine. When I got my car back my BRAND NEW windshield wipers were broken! The rubber lining were torn apart. I could only imagine that they broke it so I would buy windshield wiper from them. The length these crooks will go to earn profit!! I will NEVER recommend this shop, nor will I ever take any of my cars here! More
Awful service. I reported them to Acura Corporate how they intentionally mis-diagnose the situation so they can lure me to buying parts from them that I don't need. They said they rotated my tires, but they didn't know I marked the tires with a light marker... when i got the car back, the tires where the same and never touched. I MADE AN INQUIRY ABOUT TRADING IN MY CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP...MIND U I'VE PURCHASED TWO OTHER CARS FROM HERE AND TWO WEE OF CUSTOMER'S INFORMATION. I MADE AN INQUIRY ABOUT TRADING IN MY CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP...MIND U I'VE PURCHASED TWO OTHER CARS FROM HERE AND TWO WEEKS LATER, NO CALL. I WENT IN PERSON, AGAIN...NO CALL. I'VE HAD FOUR CARS SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP AND DESPITE TELLING NUMEROUS SERVICE REPS, RECEPTIONISTS, CASHIERS, AND THE GENERAL MANAGER, JOHN BRESCIA ABOUT MY UPDATED CONTACT INFORMATION, THEY STILL CALL THE WRONG NUMBER?!?!? Marty was my salesperson for my 2005 TL. I believe I got a fair price after they tried to bend me over a barrel on my trade. After I threatened to walk out they changed their tune but thats not Marty's fault. What I didn't like is that he shafted me on my delivery process and kind of rushed me out the door. He actually took another customer while I was in the F&I office. And the girl who dealt with me there didn't really seem to know too much and didn't seem professional. I wasn't offered a loaner vehicle after I made my deal (they didn't have what i wanted in stock right away) and just recently called the delaer for my first oil change. The service dept was busy so the call kicked back to the secretary and she said they'd call back. 2 hrs later I called back again and they can't get me in for 2 weeks for a freakin' oil change but I'm afraid to go to like a Jiffy Lube because of the warranty and all. More
