I've given them a 5 for all categories, save quality of work, save price, as I feel their costs could be more competitive for some of the basic maintenance items, like inspections/emissions, or replacing brake pads. However, for the convenience and outstanding customer service, and ensuring my now six-year-old, 120k mile vehicle stays in top shape, it's been worth it. More

I felt no pressure to purchase that day, and the associate even informed me that I could have the filters changed at my next service appointment. I purchased one of the filters that day. After a few experiences at Piazza Acura of West Chester, I will not take my car anywhere else. This dealer offers multiple coupons that can be used together, which is another positive. The service is great. The employees are friendly and honest. I have 5 Acuras in my family. This dealer has made owning my first car and Acura a joy. More

My 2005 Acura RL, bought new in 2004, has 114,000 miles on it and has only been serviced at Piazza Acura. I have never had a problem with the car. Went in for express service ... No appointment necessary. Found that battery was bad, informed me of options and prices and I chose replacement core. All done in less than one hour for a good price.
