Last time I checked there were over 90 complaints, yes I said 90. 9-0. They have some sort of scam going that involves vehicle titles. You purchase a vehicle, and you never receive the title for it. We bought our truck almost 3 months ago and still no title. We are currently making payments on a vehicle that isn't even ours! Not to mention the various other complaints ranging from incompetent work to warranty issues. More

My vehicle is currently titled to someone else other than Phoenix. I am one of the 90 that has filed a complaint with the Attorney General regarding this issue. I have been given another 30 day tag however I was told by the DMV this would be the last one. Any other tags must be approved by the Attorney General's office. More
I bought a van two weeks ago and its been nothing but problems. The first week they had the van two days for repair and it was not completed. Then last week they had it two days for repair of the transmi problems. The first week they had the van two days for repair and it was not completed. Then last week they had it two days for repair of the transmission (under the warranty). Not only did he tell me there was nothing wrong he tried to charge me for the inspection. I took my van to rad air for an inspection and there are issues with the transmission. Luckily im still under warranty and I will be seeking a lawyer. NEVER AGAIN> They are scam artists and will do anything to push u out of warranty before repairing the issue. More
Dont do it! I was so excited thinking we had finally found a dealer with honesty, great prices, friendliness and car-shopping ease. WRONG. We bought a Ford Taurus wagon 2000 for $3200. Within the first found a dealer with honesty, great prices, friendliness and car-shopping ease. WRONG. We bought a Ford Taurus wagon 2000 for $3200. Within the first week we had them replace the front tires. By the second week we had replaced both front and back brakes. We have now had the car 2 months and the underneath is so incredibly rusted that the fuel line cracked and the fuel filter exploded. My strut is bad and my front tire base leans. I have only been able to drive this car safely with my cildren a few times since we bought it. They are liars. It's a chop-shop. More

I purchased a 2008 Subaru Impreza. The buying experience couldn't have been better. The sales staff didn't hound me and let me look at the cars and test drive them at my own pace. Phoenix, being and indoor couldn't have been better. The sales staff didn't hound me and let me look at the cars and test drive them at my own pace. Phoenix, being and indoor showroom makes it that much better to car shop, especially since it was raining on the day of my purchase. Overall, it was a very pleasant and painless experience and would highly recommend them. More
