Stay away. Far, far away! Where should I start?..... I have never been more aggravated with the deception and arrogance than by PhillyAuto. Rob the "so called" sales manager or Where should I start?..... I have never been more aggravated with the deception and arrogance than by PhillyAuto. Rob the "so called" sales manager or consultant, or whatever he says his title of the day is, will tell you anything to sell you a car; 130 point inspection, NIADA Certified, etc.. It's all BS. NIADA didn't list an accident for the car I purchased, but when I ran the Carfax it did. My car was also backed by the NIADA Certified Pre-owned coverage, but when I said I had an issue with the thermostat, I was told by Rob that I didn't buy the coverage. During the sales contract explanation, there was a charge for BMW of the Main Line in the amount of $895.00. I asked what this charge was for, and Rob "the manager", said it was a commission fee that was owed to BMW of the Main Line. It was eventually dropped to $645.00 to complete the sale. I've since contacted BMW of the Main Line and found that they have no affiliation with PhillyAuto and the sales manager said their general manager was contacting PhillyAuto immediately regarding their false representation (FRAUD). The BMW 328i I purchased had 4 bald tires, the interior was a complete mess, and it wasn't inspected. Rob wrote on the purchase agreement that I would receive four new tires so it would pass inspection and he would order them that day. I was also told the car would be cleaned when I picked it up the next day. HAHAHAHA, it was never touched. It was now 7 days since I picked up the car and no tires had been ordered. I finally purchased the tires on my own and was told that I would be reimbursed for full amount of the tires when PhillyAuto's mechanics performed the inspection. The inspection was completed but the handbrake didn't work even though it passed. They did fix the handbrake. For the reimbursement, I was given the excuse that their controller wasn't in and tomorrow she would mail the check. After weeks of no responses to phone calls or emails, or excuses that someone had quit or was fired, Rob finally answered the phone and said he would only reimburse me for $400 of the $703 owed because they're a dealer and they receive a discount. Tired of the runaround, I took the money. You may ask why I even bought the car. It was a diamond in the rough. But I will never ever step foot on their property or tell anyone about them except that you should stay away. Far, far away. More

They listed a vehicle which caught my eye - not only for the actual vehicle, but for the selling price compared to other dealers in the area. Called them immediately and after confirming the vehicles availability, scheduled an appointment with Luis. Upon arriving at the dealership, I saw the vehicle and was impressed that it was as described and looked even better in person. In the end, I’m proud to say I became the owner of the vehicle I wanted, and from the beginning the folks at Philly Auto treated me with respect and professionalism! More

Scam Artist These guys are a real class act they are very unprofessional especially there manager. They will pressure you to buy warranty that is already covered These guys are a real class act they are very unprofessional especially there manager. They will pressure you to buy warranty that is already covered by the manufacture they try to scam you into buying the powered trained warranty by Niada which I payed $2000 for making me think I was covered for my transmission and my engine long story short after two weeks of having the car it starts stalling in traffic and one day it stalled and would not turn back on I had to get it towed in the middle of traffic so the mechanic says your car is 4 liters low on oil I said how could that be I just bought it two weeks about and it only has 26000 miles on it so it turns out that the engine is burning oil because there were no leaks on the engine. I did some research and this is a common problem for 2015 Dodge Darts so I call the third party warranty company Niada they said that they would not cover my engine if it blows up because it is a factory defect and that I would have to talk to Philly Auto so I go in and talk to there manager he was extremely rude and unprofessional would not look me in the eye and kept answering his cell phone in the middle of our conversation. I said to him I want to return the car and hes says no way not our problem its Dodges problem so I said to him then I want to cancel the $2000 power train warranty that I bought because the sticker price on the car was $9900 and when it came time to do the paper work the car price was 11900 and I said whats the added $2000 for and they said oh thats your 100,000 Mile 5 year warrant so I said ok not knowing this was a scam and not needed because I called Dodge when I starting having engine issues and they said I already had a manufacture power train warranty of 100,000 and that it does not expire until 2019 so yea they scam you into buying unneeded warranties to make more money off the sale. I told then I want my $2000 back and they said no you never purchased power train warranty trying to talk rubbish and lie to me. Every one please learn from me and be aware they are scam artist and very unprofessional so please stay away I have contacted legal help my lawyer will be in contact with them shortly. More
Purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion with no headache My previous experiences with buying used cars at other dealerships were not good so I was very apprehensive to trust any car sales person. Dina was ac My previous experiences with buying used cars at other dealerships were not good so I was very apprehensive to trust any car sales person. Dina was accommodating and personable and helped keep me at ease during the process! She brought me out on an extended test drive in the snow to make sure that I was confident in the car selection. She stayed with me through the entire process, and I ended up purchasing the car for over $2k cheaper than the MSRP value that I found online. It was a zero negotiation process and I still got an awesome deal on a great car. Couldn't be happier with her and the experience I had that day! Thank you Dina! More
