Service was poor and shabby.. They let me leave the dealership with horribly worn tires, which they had known about. They told me that they had ordered replacement tires which hadn't arrived before I was allowed to leave. They should have told me to come back when tires were in. Two days later I had a flat tire and the mechanic told me he had never seen such a worn and tattered tire. He went to change it and found that the spare didn't fit the car!!! He wasn't a tire dealer so he searched through 6 or 7 tires and was lucky to find ONE that he could put on the tire. This was INEXCUSABLE!!! What might have happened if it was at night on a lonely road. Even AAA might not have been able to help me!! When I complained to the man, Leo, who had sold me the car, instead of an apology for my horrible experience, he said "Don't take it out on me. I'm not the enemy!" That's how unfeeling and unresponsive he was. He just told me he'd see me in two days to put on 4 new tires. I then spoke to the manager, and all he could say was that they couldn't get me 4 NEW tires, just good ones. They finally got me 4 new ones, after a hassle. When I drove out of the dealership after the tires had been installed, I was told by the manager that he had taken the car for a test drive and it was fine. After I was driving for about 10 blocks I noticed the light on the dash that told me that the tire pressure was low. I called and the manager said I had to return so that he could fix it. Had he really taken a "test drive" he would certainly have noticed that signal about the tires. I would not recommend them to anyone. Barbara Lindner More

Previously Rated Philly Auto 5 Starts Once you're out the door, beware. They don't assist you at all. Our vehicle was purchased with the promise of it being inspected. We had to drive 2 Once you're out the door, beware. They don't assist you at all. Our vehicle was purchased with the promise of it being inspected. We had to drive 2 1/2 hours out of our way to get it inspected by appointment, just to tell us they were out of inspections stickers. But it's ok, they would "mail it to us". Which, we didn't know, is completely illegal. After several phone calls and promises, they never mailed our sticker. Not only that, they put the emissions sticker where the safety inspection sticker should be, so now, not only do we have to pay for and inspection, we have to pay for the emission inspection as well. Daryl was rude on the phone and had an attitude like he could care less. Plus, the check engine light came on in our 2015 BMW...so we have to get that fixed before we can even get it inspected.We swore we'd buy a car from them again, but after this, no way. BEWARE. More

Immediately tried to discuss costs with us before showing the car we requested. The employee then proceeded to walk away stating he was going to go find the car and never returned. Just be honest folks. If you don't have it, don't advertise for it and waste people's time ;) More
