Jackie at the service Dept was really helpful. ..but this is the second time they did a bad wheel balance on my tires... this time there is more vibration that before...I was offered 12 free oil ch ..but this is the second time they did a bad wheel balance on my tires... this time there is more vibration that before...I was offered 12 free oil changes plus 2 years tire rotation for free in writing, but guess what? no free tire rotation anymore after 1 year(thanks I can afford to pay, but the principle is missing). This is my 3rd car I got from this dealership, Sales are great but not their service dept,I have too many bad experiences with them, perhaps my 4th car will be at Leigh Valley Honda(if I get another Honda),I know their service is good.
