The issues I experienced could have been so easily resolved with common sense that the dealership personnel fails to use. BAD REPRESENTATION for the Toyota brand. Use caution before trusting them and believing the FAMILY PROMISES that they offer Before you buy or commit to this dealership take a walk around the service department, sales floor and the outside drop off service area to get a feel of the operations but most importantly look at the employees attitudes and demeanors. That will tell the story! Have a problem and want to speak to the manager Tony, good luck, he will not call you back-but he will shake your hand and make promises once the deal is signed. What a joke! Next step will be the BBB for a review! More

They can’t be bothered to make sure the information they tell you is correct. I end up having to work hard to make sure the service/recalls are performed. It like you are a bother to them. Although we have one vehicle from Toyota I am glad we didn’t buy again. More

From service to purchasing a new Highlander I was very impressed with the friendly staff starting with the people upon entering the service area to the sales staff. We only were there to have co I was very impressed with the friendly staff starting with the people upon entering the service area to the sales staff. We only were there to have complimentary work done on my RAV4 and after my asking Wes Tabor for a price on a used Highlander, he came back with info pertaining to that used Highlander. After some discussion we decided that it did not have the options we wanted. Wes then came back with a very attractive price and trade allowance on a new Highlander and now it sits in our carport! This is my 9th Toyota since 1986 and I am quite confident this one will be just as reliable and comfortable as all the others. More
