developed a whine in my transmission in my 2010 rav4.Took it to Phillips Toyota where I brought it was told the trany was ok by keith.I called Toyota customer service and filed a complaint.Was told to take i it to Phillips Toyota where I brought it was told the trany was ok by keith.I called Toyota customer service and filed a complaint.Was told to take it back to the dealer,was never told there was a memo out about the whine in rav4s.Memo#T-SB-0192-10,sent to dealers July 15,2010,20 pages long.I found out about it after I got rid of my rav4 because the whine got worse.Went back to PHILLIPS TOYOTA spoke with the owner,told me he would look into it and call me back.Never heard back from him!I would never buy another Toyota because I was lied to by the transmission man and never advised by Toyota there was a memo out on the problem.Bad dealership experience,got rid of a vehicile becuse the service dept. didn't repair the problem.Cost me a lot of money to trade for another vehicle that I should not had to get rid of.Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
