She always checks to see if there is a recall, so you never have to fear one was missed. I had/have a situation with my radio, the navigation ceases to work, the screen goes black, and it freezes. She looked in to this and had a qualified person speak with me to aid in the resolution of this problem. He stated he had gone to the extent of his knowledge, and would inquire further from TOYOTA itself. He stated he would contact me in the next 7 to 10 days, as soon as he heard from Toyota. I have used the navigation since, and again run into the same situation. BOTH of these people did all they could to determine the problem, and to fix it. More
