Another Great Service Experience I brought our 4Runner in for regular maintenance and small warranty work. As usual they took care of everything in a short time. This time Sam was my service advisor and he was very professional as he was in past experiences. I also saw Mark and he remembered that I also have a Tacoma. He let me know about a recent recall on my truck that was previously unaware. Sam then offered to look up any open recalls on my old Landcruiser. I appreciate their proactive advice. I will continue to have them service all of our Toyota vehicles. More

Steven Krauss is the best tech and I trust him completely with my automobile. I will continue to have my car serviced here. I would've given 5 stars but I'm still a little bitter with the financial dept. from the purchase of my car. The financial dept. took it upon themselves to run my credit twice even though I told them I had my own financing and I wasn't interested in theirs. I guess they figured I wouldn't find out but I checked my credit history. More

Awesome customer service department Twice I have had my Toyota Rav4 in for required maintenance and the service department was awesome, from the person who scheduled my appointment (and Twice I have had my Toyota Rav4 in for required maintenance and the service department was awesome, from the person who scheduled my appointment (and my vehicle was done when promised which I consider a plus), a comfortable waiting area and services provided by their courtesy shuttle to a nearby Cracker Barrel was an added convenience. I am much more satisfied with Phillips Toyota than the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. Thanks to the entire staff for a pleasant experience! More

Excellent and fast service form Phillips Toyota! I had a strange problem with my 208 Prius, first with the aux battery dying, then after having it replaced, the instrument panel went out. The panel went dark once I got home after having the battery replaced. Dave was kind enough to come out to my house the same day to check it out since I had just left the service center. I was very impressed with that! Over the course of a couple of days, he kept me informed and even got the car repaired faster than originally estimated. In previous trips to Toyota, I found their prices for repair lower than local service centers and with the car being Prius, I feel more confident taking it to technicians who are familiar with the car. Phillips Toyota gets 5 stars from me and I will always bring my car back there for service. More
