I was told that this dealership was training new technicians and that it might take a little bit longer. It took almost 2 hours for them to do an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. On technicians and that it might take a little bit longer. It took almost 2 hours for them to do an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. One thing I appreciate is that they will tell you what else they noticed that additionally that needs replaced or changed. I can do a lot of the small things but I would need a mechanic to fix major things. There is one more thing that I’ll need them to repair when I have time. They always give you the information up front and you tell them what you want them to fix. I’m sure their technicians will get faster once they get more experience. More

I went in for a vehicle recall service appointment. After waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, i was told that they didn’t have the parts for my car and that they will call me when I can get the se After waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, i was told that they didn’t have the parts for my car and that they will call me when I can get the service done. They knew since I called and made the appointment last week that they would need to have my parts and they didn’t notify me that the parts are not available! They let me drive 16 miles to the dealership, wasted my time, my afternoon and my Gas. Only to be told to go back home and wait for another appointment date. If this is what passes for Customer Service, Phillips Toyota fails miserably! More
