I have never had such a bad experience with a dealer, there isn’t any amount of words that I could type that would adequately describe the level of incompetence and number of problems that this particula there isn’t any amount of words that I could type that would adequately describe the level of incompetence and number of problems that this particular dealer has. They have completely forgotten or lost my vehicle for two months and have charged me over and over again for diagnostic testing that didn’t even reveal the issues my vehicle had. I took my Jeep to a local mechanic and they found the issues and had them fixed within a week, and any other issues that have arisen have been handled properly with great customer service. Do not bring your vehicle here if you actually want the problem to get fixed, or if you plan on having your vehicle back in a timely manner. More

I took my Jeep Liberty in for an oil change. Service was fine. I realize this might be insignificant, but it’s something that bothers me. I had a new sticker with next oil change info.
