You never answer the phone and you never called back, not what I would call good service. Dropped my truck off with four issues they took care of the two simple ones and did not even look at the other two li what I would call good service. Overall very good experience, however I was disappointed in the fact that I had to pay an extra fee to use my third party warranty. I have had other work done on my vehicles in California and I was never ch in the fact that I had to pay an extra fee to use my third party warranty. I have had other work done on my vehicles in California and I was never charged any extra fees when I was getting the work done by them. The purpose of going to the dealership is to have the peace of mind knowing that the work will be done right. Paying extra for using my warranty made feel that I was being ripped off. More
