1) In my view, the service department labor rates were absolutely outrageous considering the work that was done to my vehicle. 2) Upon receiving my vehicle back after service, the valve stem cap on my dri absolutely outrageous considering the work that was done to my vehicle. 2) Upon receiving my vehicle back after service, the valve stem cap on my driver side rear tire had not been put back on. Unfortunately, I did not notice it until an hour after I left the dealership. My valve stem caps are not the typical plastic caps or else it wouldn't be such an issue. 3) When charging such exorbitant labor rates, attention to detail should be a priority. Overall, my experience was a bit disheartening. More
