Oil change took longer than expected. Also they did not have a tool to be able to rotate my tires, I said we need to come back so they can do that. Priority, no appointment service is supposed be apart of purchasing a Grand Wagoneer. Every time I drop it off, unless I books ahead (defeats the purpose of the priority service), I don't get a loaner vehic purchasing a Grand Wagoneer. Every time I drop it off, unless I books ahead (defeats the purpose of the priority service), I don't get a loaner vehicle. The last time I booked an appointment, I left a message for a loaner vehicle with no return call. I went not knowing if I would need a ride or could accommodate my work schedule until my vehicle was returned. When picking up my vehicle, I stood outside of the service center for 20 minutes waiting for 5 service reps someone to acknowledge my presence (with no one standing in line or around me) to pick up my vehicle. Just a simple 'hello, we will be right with you' would have been appropriate for any level of service. I finally had to ask and all of sudden 'no one saw me standing there' when I made eye contact with a few of them. I went and got my key and went and found my car. I also keep having to bring my car back for service for electrical communication issues. It's frustrating when service is poor. More
