The workmanship with this dealer is excellent. However, they no longer take American Express. This was not communicated to me upfront. As a result, I was not able to take advantage of special bene However, they no longer take American Express. This was not communicated to me upfront. As a result, I was not able to take advantage of special benefits. I have with my AMEX card so I will no longer do business with this dealership. I will seek out a new dealer when I replace my RAM truck later this year. More

My fiance took my jeep grand cherokee in to make the rear camera work for when we attached a boat trailer. They did nothing and charged us $200 dollars camera work for when we attached a boat trailer. They did nothing and charged us $200 dollars More

Kinda felt pressured into buying a new truck , services were promised to be done and weren’t. Had to bring truck back 2 times with low oil pressure and turned out to be the wrong oil filter from a service were promised to be done and weren’t. Communication is lacking at times. Vehicle drop-off can be a logistical circus. If another Jeep service center was close by, then they might improve their performance. I truly hate using this location for service. Reps are not friendly, make no effort to do anything for the customer and for the most part it seems as though they forgot they are providing custome Reps are not friendly, make no effort to do anything for the customer and for the most part it seems as though they forgot they are providing customers with a paid service. If you show up with an appointment you wait longer then showing up without an appt. Customer service at this location is really pathetic. More
