"Start" button would not move, all dash electronics on display, but showing unknown display, opened hood heard fairly loud tone coming from somewhere in the engine compartment. VEHICLE WOULD NOT START; NEITHER ABLE TO SHUT DOWN ELECTRONICS, NOR MOVE THE SHIFT SELECTOR OUT OF "P". Called Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram hoping to speak to a mechanic for possible assistance and got nothing but a run around, only wanting me to speak to a scheduler. Explained situation NUMEROUS TIMES and was finally transferred to Service manager extension. Voicemail. THREE times. No return call, however he did call the following Monday, apologized for not getting back to us and said he was on vacation that Friday. No one knew he was out???? After nearly two hours waiting for AAA tow (gold member), vehicle started and has run fine since.
