The service department misdiagnosed my vehicle and it cost me $1500 and then they still could not tell me what was wrong with it and wanted me to spend $1200 more to "see if that works". The last two times I have brought the car in the service dept breaks something. Last time they forgot to put the oil plug in after they changed the oil. This time I drove the jeep home and the battery is de dept breaks something. Last time they forgot to put the oil plug in after they changed the oil. This time I drove the jeep home and the battery is dead. I charged it check the diagnostic and all is good. Let the car sit over night and the battery is dead again. I believe they have cut a wire and it is going to ground and draining the battery. VERY DISAPPOINTING. The service manages are good but the technicians seem not very reliable. More
I pulled in with a tire issue. I was told there was a bad tire and possibly a bad shock absorber. When they took it to the mechanic he said it only needed a new tire. He didn’t have a new tire so he installed our spare tire so we could get home. (Thanks for that).We had 2 more hours to home. However when we took the car to our mechanic he said we needed two new shocks and it was obvious they were bad and leaking (I saw it leaking at your dealership as did the mechanic.) I know it was a Friday afternoon and we didn’t have an appointment but I believe they let us leave with a damaged car in poor condition. More
This was my first visit to Phillips dodge and as soon as I pulled up I was greeted and helped with excellent service. My routine maintenance was done quicker than I expected, and done correctly. They have been guessing trying to figure out what is wrong with my vehicle at my expense. $3,000 later and it still is not fixed going back again Friday to see what they're going to do about this.
