Great experience My first time visiting Phillips CJDR for service and I was very pleased with the experience. From the minute I pulled in to leaving the service dept, everybody I dealt with was friendly, courteous and had a smile on their face. It was a great experience and I will be using Phillips in the future for my service needs. More

Service managers I made an appointment. Got there a little early. Drove into the service area. Not sure what the procedure is at this location. I remained in my car wa I made an appointment. Got there a little early. Drove into the service area. Not sure what the procedure is at this location. I remained in my car waiting for someone to assist me. A lot of uniformed people at computers, others walking around. Other customers were standing around. Not especially busy that I could see. Finally got out of my car waited a while no one approached me. Poked my head in a door said I had an appointment. Was told be right with you. Stood around a while longer was joined by another woman who asked if I'd been helped.told her no. Finally someone asked if I had been helped.told them no. That person put me in a booth with a uniformed service person. Bottom line there does not seem to be any obvious procedure for dropping off a vehicle for service. It seems you are on your own and have to ask for help. Not pleasant! More

Bill Stickley, his man I have been a customer of Phillips Chrysler for more than 20 years. In all that time I have always had a good sales experience. Bill Stickley, his managers, and I have always been able to reach a fair deal for all concerned. Through the years I can also say that the service on my many cars has been excellent. I have dealt with the same service rep. and my concerns have always been respected and taken care of. I trade often and Bill Steckley always calls me when he has something new or interesting.
