Not a Good Experience this time I had an early morning appointment to get my car repaired so I had brought my car in the afternoon prior to the appointment. I did not receive even a phone call letting me know the status of my vehicle so I called Four times and Nothing, I left messages to no avail. I went in after work to pick up my car only to find out that it had not even been touched. The mechanic told the service writer that he didn't get to it, sorry. I was then told that the appointment is only for the Service Writer to write up the repair, Really, Never have I ever heard that one before. I requested the Service Manager who did try to be helpful by offering an apology and a rental car, however the rental car was not coming from the car lot but I would have to go pick it up and spend $25 out of my pocket and then I would need to return it also, I declined. They did bring my repaired vehicle to me the following day. More
Customer Service I needed some work done on my 2016 Chrysler 300 which I purchased from Matthew Hurd over a year ago. Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday the service depa I needed some work done on my 2016 Chrysler 300 which I purchased from Matthew Hurd over a year ago. Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday the service department was extremely busy and I could not get through on the phone. I took a chance and called Matt and asked for help. He told me he would need a few minutes and would call me back. He walked over to service and spoke to Abriel Archer. These 2 men worked together and within about 5 minutes Matt called me back. I had my car towed in, and was met immediately by Abriel who had a rental car driver waiting to assist me with much needed transportation. It is so nice to know that a salesman will work so closely with the service department and a customer to make sure all needs are met. My car is again running beautifully and due to the excellent way we were treated, we went back today and purchased a truck. That is how you earn business. These men know how to work together and are a huge asset to the company. Thank you both so much. Kathy LaConte More

Wonderful service manager This dealership has a service manager that is always willing to put the customer first. The sales team worked with my budget to get me into my new vehicle always letting the final decisions be mine to choose. They have a shuttle to assist you with vehicle drop off. This facility is relaxing and inviting. I have had to wait for service even with a sheduled appointment and the service writers could do a better job at acknowledging you at arrival. I have experienced some waiting to pay for services at check out. Service writers should take the time to explain unmentioned fees added to the billing such as "shop charge". There needs to be a better process at letting customers know that their vehicle is ready to go and the checking out process. More

wow what a jeep I went into the dealership this past Wednesday (6/28/17) simply to get an oil change. The night before my wife mentioned to me, "check out this Jeep I went into the dealership this past Wednesday (6/28/17) simply to get an oil change. The night before my wife mentioned to me, "check out this Jeep Overland advertised in the paper, while you wait". So I did, and ended up buying it! Wow, all the bells and whistles, and a good price as it was a demo, plus a rebate. Bill Stickley, who had helped me with our previous Jeep, helped me again. Give him a "10" Kevin in finance helped get a good interest rate, give him a "10" also. Philip Felicien first talked to me about the new Jeep, but when he found out that Bill had helped me before, he quickly "passed" me on to him. Philip did the right thing, give him a "10" One thing worth mentioning, when I call to make a service appointment, it can be difficult to get through to "service" as they are so busy waiting on the customer in front of them, this (to me) seems to be more of a "system" problem than any complaint about any employee. I say that because when I am there for service, they are very helpful and take care of me right away, but I often hear the phone ringing. But again (to me) they do the right thing and talk to the customer in front of them rather than be rude and talk to somebody on the phone. Maybe a dedicated "Phone Person" just for service?? More
