I sent a request about my vehicle they answered within a few minutes. I scheduled an appointment to test drive my vehicle an hour later I was test driving it and thirty minutes later I was doing the purchas few minutes. My salesman and the lady in finance were awesome, the best!! I had my jeep Patriot from viewing online to driving away with it within 4 hours or less fastest I've ever bought a vehicle and best bunch I've ever bought one from. Service department cares little about the customer. I made an appointment for over 2 weeks prior for an issue they immediately said was a recall problem. I arrived on time, checked in and was able to a I made an appointment for over 2 weeks prior for an issue they immediately said was a recall problem. I arrived on time, checked in and was able to add a lube oil and filter to the service. The car showed up in the completed line about an hour later. An hour after that i decided to check with the check in guy and while the oil service was completed i was informed that the recall part was nit in stock. So the question in my mind was if i had not asked for the oil service would i be waiting in excess of 2 hours just to find out the recall part wasnt in?!? What a complete waste of my time. I have a master mechanic who does all the maintenance on my car but he doesnt do recall issues. People sometimes have to rearrange schedules to do the dealership service stuff. They could have called and rescheduled the recall problem to save me time and animosity. More
