Jeff really stepped up and helped me out with an issue I was having with my Ram that had been a problem since I bought it from this dealership 2 years ago, brand new. He listened to my problem and had the s was having with my Ram that had been a problem since I bought it from this dealership 2 years ago, brand new. He listened to my problem and had the service department inspect the radio instead of just saying, there will be an update coming out that will fix it, like I had been continuously told when I brought the issue to the dealership over the course of those two years of owning my Ram. That inspection concluded there was a short in the radio. Jeff had the radio replaced for me and just like that, problem solved! Thanks again, Jeff for your help and for actually finding me a solution! More
