Well started out okay. But then he told us that warranty wouldn't cover.So I told him just go ahead and put my car back together. We picked up my car and it was running worse than it was when I dropped it off.And as we are driving , we noticed it wouldn't go over fortmph....when we got home we found the vac line was disconnected still from the intake manifold so I could have blown my engine up... Had an incident while visiting Florida, ran over debris on the interstate and destroyed two wheels and tires. Had my vehicle towed to Phillips. Bought a used 2021 Dodge Ram from the local ford dealership. The motor blew in it almost immediately. Ford sent me to your Dealership for a Warranty repair. In warranty company tried to stick me wit dealership. The motor blew in it almost immediately. Ford sent me to your Dealership for a Warranty repair. In warranty company tried to stick me with a used up Junk yard motor. Derrick spoke up for me and I'm he wound up being able to get them to pay for a new long block engine in my truck. Just got it back but so far it runs perfectly. He went way above and beyond did me and I truly appreciate it. More

Absolute horrible. Took vehicle there Thursday had an appt. Didn't even really look at it. Had to go up there Monday morning to get it. Phillips Chrysler still charged me $114 for the vehicle. Had my vehicle for 4 days. Didn't get one call to give an update. Worse ever. More
