Our salesman Sonny showed us the vehicle I always hated dealing with auto salesmen. However I am very satisfied with the experience with Phillips CDR. Our salesman Sonny showed us the vehicle that we looked at on their website. It was close but not quite what we were looking for. His team located exactly what we were looking for at another dealer nearby. The manager was straight forward on the pricing and why they could only come down so far. The vehicle arrived at Phillips when promised and Sonny made the transition from our old vehicle to the new one effortless. I would highly recommend Phillips CDR for your next vehicle. More

Every employee I came in contact with was pleasant, friendly and courteous. I was made to feel welcomed and was offered refreshments throughout my visit. I worked with Jon Gonyer during my buying experience. Jon was very knowledgable, answered all my questions and helpful during the purchase. I could not have asked for more. I appreciated his attention to detail and the time he took to answer all my questions made me feel comfortable during my visit. I worked with Kevin Roberts on my financing and boy I had a lot of questions. This is always the stressful part for me and Kevin was great at answering all my questions and some asked more than twice. Overall I had an excellent experience buying my new 2018 Ram 1500. Visit On 08/12/2018 We went to Phillips CJDR not thinking we would successfully be able to purchase a vehicle. When we got there we were greeted by a gentleman whose name We went to Phillips CJDR not thinking we would successfully be able to purchase a vehicle. When we got there we were greeted by a gentleman whose name is Marcus Mister. He was neither pushy nor attempting to sell us something we were either not really interested in nor could we afford. He treated us professionally and politely. Listened to our questions and concerns and then set about the task of setting us up with the vehicle we "fell in love with". He then took us to another gentleman named Kevin Roberts. He also treated us with respect, found financing for us and the whole experience with him and Mr. Mister was outstanding. (The only downside is all that paperwork LOL). I would without hesitation refer anyone looking for a car to go to Phillips CJDR. More

Never Again My husband and I decided to stop and look at their inventory as it appeared they had what we were looking for in a work truck. We usually go to Bill B My husband and I decided to stop and look at their inventory as it appeared they had what we were looking for in a work truck. We usually go to Bill Bryan in Leesburg for the past eight trucks but it appeared they had bigger inventory. We found exactly what were looking for and Eric started helping us. After an hour of Eric going between us and someone else he was selling a vehicle to at the same time, he came back to say we can't buy the truck as it was already sold. He said they had another but it was $3K more and was going to see what he could do. Another 30 minutes later of him going between us and the other customer he had, he said it would have to wait until Monday. Then he tried to keep the credit application with our signatures that he said he wanted us to sign in advanceto save time of him going back and forth. First mistake was not focusing on one customer at a time. Second mistake was trying to sell a truck that was already sold. Third was pressing for application signatures when the truck wasn't even available to sell. Needless to say, we will take our business back to Bill Bryan in Leesburg where the sells staff knows what they are doing. More
