Not the typical bs pre approval you get from other dealers that means absolutely nothing and you get your time wasted and heartbroken. Chris was even patient with me asking about some cars I really couldn't afford. I bought a 2012 Hyundai Elantra wagon and really feel like I got a good and fair deal. So far it runs great.
