GREAT Experience. This is what customer service is all about and others should follow! I had to visit Phillips service department a second time for a reoccuring issue that unfortunatly due to the design o about and others should follow! I had to visit Phillips service department a second time for a reoccuring issue that unfortunatly due to the design of the systems of the engine could not be corrected. Joe and Brian took the time to explaine why the noise I was hearing was possibly caused by the unique operation of the power steering/fuel pumps. Hopefully with wear and tear this noise will subside over time. More

It's been 5 years come Dec 1st since I've purchased my 2007 HHR. I always was well taken care of, service wise and for warranty issues. First by Dan K and then by Christine Smrstik. I had a warped roto 2007 HHR. I always was well taken care of, service wise and for warranty issues. First by Dan K and then by Christine Smrstik. I had a warped rotor and a Manual transmission issue with this car. Dan took care of the transmission issue above and beyond. The warped rotor issue caused some ongoing issues that were all taken care of by Dan and then Christine. Dan and Christine have gone out of their way to making me a satisfied costumer. Christine is always pleasant to deal with and makes sure all your questions are answered. Couldn't be happier in dealing with Christine. More
