I called the Phillips Chevrolet service department for information on my 1996 Dodge Intrepid (they are close to my location, so I called there instead of a Dodge dealer!). When I called, I talked to Kyle, who was very helpful in telling me what to look for to find out if what was going on was serious or not. He was good spirited and seemed to care about me even though I didn't have a Chevy vehicle. Will definitely be coming there if I need any work done! More

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE. KYLE HUNTER BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT I ALSO NEEDED BRAKES. THE ROTORS AND PADS WERE CHANGED. JOE ARMSTRONG BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION THAT I SHOULD ALSO RE BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT I ALSO NEEDED BRAKES. THE ROTORS AND PADS WERE CHANGED. I TOLD THEM BOTH THAT I KNOW I CAN GET THIS WORK DONE MUCH CHEAPER ELSEWHERE BUT BECAUSE I RELY ON THEIR HONESTLY AND THE RELIABLE SERVICE I WILL KEEP BRINGING MY CAR TO PHILLIPS CHEVY FOR SERVICE.
