I had to go in for a recurring problem with my car. Scott Perak was very informative as to why I was having the issue and it was fixed with no problem. Christine Smrstik was my service consultant and from the time I came into the service department everyone was busy doing paperwork or helping other customers. Christine did a very nice job helping me with why I came to the dealership, I had a scheduled 9am appointment to have my aftermarket 3M window tint installed. All the promises that was told over the phone were complete from having window tint installed, free car loan program which was great! Christine deserves a perfect rating she is an exceptional employee and a model above others thank you Christine i'll be coming back to have service done and i'll know who to approach. On my ratings above I chose a 4 overall experience which pertains to the service work done (window tinting) the tinting came out fine and very nice job no issues, but when I received my vehicle back on the left side panel of my door I noticed right away that whoever was in my vehicle scratched the siding of the interior it looked like chalk scratches and the rubber door gasket by the door was also damaged. I know I didn't have these before handing the car over but whoever kept sitting inside must have had a screwdriver or sharp object and kept hitting the left door panel. Well what's done is done, still doesn't change my review for my service consultant she is a top performer. More

I came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I also thought there was something wrong with the pressure sensor for my tires. My sensor said there was low pressure in my tire, but when i had tried also thought there was something wrong with the pressure sensor for my tires. My sensor said there was low pressure in my tire, but when i had tried to fill it the pressure was where it needed to be. When i brought my car in i explained the problem and took care of it quickly. I was told there were two small leaks in my tire that had needed to be fixed. My car was then washed and running very smooth and great. I am very pleaaed with how quickly they take care of my cars problems even when I show up without an appointment. Everyone at this dealership is so nice and kind when car problems are explained. More

Most dealerships I have dealt with in the past would not have done that and would have put the brakes on regrdless of if they needed it or not. Since day 1 of dealing with Phillips I have never had an issue with anything. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a car or needs service. More
I had stopped in to have someone look at my cup holder on my newly purchased Equinox. The covering had begun to peel away. Scott Perak jumped right up when I drove in, looked it over and took care of me righ my newly purchased Equinox. The covering had begun to peel away. Luckily they had the part in stock and he changed out the cup holder in just a few minutes and I was on my way. Great experience. They are very professional and even when they had to order a part for me they not only sent a mail confirmation but they also called to let me know that the part had arrived. After the service was done a customer assistant call to follow up. And then to my surprise a service manger called to make sure everything was find and to make sure that I was satisfied. I've been going the Phillips Chevy in Frankford since I purchased my van and I going to say this, they are my Chevy guys!! More
