I look for and often find a lot of errors in the work that others present to me. In fact I help them improve by the comments and suggestions that would prevent them from repeating the same mistakes. Apart from the anger and ignorance of the problem that raced in my head, I had no idea what was going on with my car. It was then, when I hung up the phone with Phillips Chevrolet service department that I was at ease. They provided me towing from my house to the dealership, a loaner that accommodated my body size, and an assurance that my car is in good, NO- the best hands for whatever service my car required. I was assisted that night by many people, some of who I could not recall their names. One name or person stood out that was service representative, Tony Cesario. Mr. Cesario put me at ease by his concern, willingness to find a solution, and reinforced the sentiment that I am not just another person sitting anxious in the waiting room. I can't really quote what was said or what was done for my service visit. But one thing I am sure of now, as well as the day I purchased my 2012 Impala from Phillips. It’s the long term relationship with the dealership that convinced me to buy from Phillips, and its the service department outstanding performance that keeps me coming back to that dealership, again and again. Of course, this is just my opinion, but then I was directed to Phillips because of their A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Today I am back for a routine service - oil change, but again Mr. Cesario welcomed me with a kind smile, a stern shake of the hand, and an attentive ear to my concerns. Makes me wish I was treated and serviced at my other car's dealership (Naperville Toyota) for the visits I had in the past. Keep it up Phillips. Good job Tony! Mr. J Sandoval 10/07/2013 More

I purchased a 2007 Cadillac CTS one year ago from Jamie Birks, who is a terrific sales person. She showed us several options and provided a nice fit at a reasonable price. I since have had some warranty work done, one was an oil consumption issue which the warranty company had to have the vehicle tested several times over a period of a couple of months. The service department knew exactly what needed to be done with the car from the first test, but we had to satisfy the warranty company's several test events. After all that, the necessary repairs were made and the car has run beautifully since. My point here is that through all the visits I made to Phillips, they treated me above and beyond each time. Joe Armstrong is my service agent, a "front line greeter", and makes you feel like you are the most important customer he has. He shows his customers genuine concern and empathy with their troubles and is very patient. Never once did I sense he would rush you through the process. All the staff, from the service department, the cashier, the rental dept., and sales all treated me with high regard. I bought a 5 year old used car. I said a FIVE year old USED car. And I am treated like I purchased a fleet of brand new cars. It is a remarkable experience. And you are treated with that level of respect each and every time. Everyone is so friendly and you really feel like part of the Phillips family. I have been there enough times to note that this is how they treat everyone. Phillips Chevrolet has the winning formula. Buying a car there is a win-win for both parties. They truly want happy customers and understand the value that brings. 100% satisfaction for everybody. I highly recommend a purchase from Phillips Chevrolet if you desire a car-buying experience you have never had before. More

WOW!! Thats what I say about Phillips Chevy!!! My Chevy Cruz had a malfunction indicator light go on and I was freaking out, not knowing anything about cars. I called the dealership and spoke with Christine and she assured me that they would look at the car and get it taken care of. I brought the car in and they called me the same day and said it was ready and the service department was open until 9pm so I could pick it up. I couldn't believe they were open that late, very helpful for a working mom on the go! This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Phillips and I will be back when I am ready for #3! More
