I really liked that we had one contact person: the same technician who accepted the car for service was the person who talked with us throughout the entire process, called us very quickly with an estimate technician who accepted the car for service was the person who talked with us throughout the entire process, called us very quickly with an estimate of what the repairs were going to cost, explained what needed to be done to repair our truck's problems, and called us when the work was done. The estimate of when the repair would be done was correct. The repair looked like it was going to take a couple hours longer than anticipated, and our same technician called to offer their courtesy shuttle service, in which they would have picked up my husband from home to come and pick up the truck when the repairs were done. Since the repair was done as originally anticipated, we did not need to use the courtesy shuttle. The service department was very impressive. They were prompt, courteous, timely... and the end cost of the repair did not exceed the estimate. Overall, it was a very good experience, and our service technician was an excellent representative of the service department and the dealership. We are very pleased and satisfied with our experience at Phillips Chevrolet. More
I continue to be impressed by Phillips Chevrolet! Being a customer of the previous dealership, Ridgeway Chevrolet, I was not too sure how the changes would effect me. Since they've been Phillips Chevrolet it has been a great experience everything I go there! I have had my new car for about a week now. Today I had an appointment to get the Protector package put on and my remote start installed. As I was getting ready to leave to the dealership, I received a phone call saying they were able to lower my payment even more! Phenomenal!! Then i drop my car off for the service work and they give me a loaner vehicle, I expected this service to take a few days. I just recieved another phone call about 10 minutes ago saying my car is ready!!! The customer service they offer is tremendous!!! I also work in sales so I know the importance of building a relationship with my customer and they have earned my continued business! I look forward to my future with Phillips Chevrolet and know that my loyalty is appreciated there! Great work to everyone especially my buddy Dennis for going above and beyond and exceeding my expectations!!! More

Saturday, December 21, 2013 my 1999 Chevrolet Blazer would not start. I call Phillip Chevrolet on Monday, December 23rd. I talked with John Hayes and he reassured me that everything will be fine. John found out the problem and noticed that it was the same problem I had repaired last year (Ridgeway previous). He stated to me that he would have to make some calls. This resulted in me not being charged for the repair. I thanked John. While waiting, hours passed. I talked with many employees. They were nice and considerate. Sam Bridgewater said that my blazer was running but not to the capacity that they wanted. Sam offered me a rental vehicle. Sam and Bruno took time to explain to me about the modern car. I thanked them. I was taken care of at Phillip Chevrolet. I was not on the schedule but John squeezed me in. A rental car was offered to me for the holidays. When I'm able I will purchase my new car from Phillip Chevrolet. This is why I have given the rating I gave. More
I cames to this dealership all the time for oil change which was under $20 which Sam quoted 21.95 which is what I've always paid and is fined but upon paying for the service I got home and realize I was c which was under $20 which Sam quoted 21.95 which is what I've always paid and is fined but upon paying for the service I got home and realize I was charged 33.23 if Sam was honest with the price I would've denied service and went to jiffy lube or some place cheaper .....smh I miss Ridgeway and the way the handle things. Had a 13:00 appointment today this issue was not resolve thanks Sam. More

I've recently purchased a Chevy Cruze from a different dealership and had to bring the car to a Chevy dealer for servicing. I also had a few recalls on the vehicle. He was soo nice and reassuring over the phone. I was able to get a quick appt. Once I get there my experience was even better. The dealership was clean, all the people were polite and I felt right at home. Well, the car had to stay over night and John arranged for me to be driving home and picked up first thing in the morning. John made my experience extremely comforting. No other dealer but Phillips will service my car from now on. More
