The service manager John made sure that I was comfortable as I am an elderly handicapped woman with oxygen and a walker. They assisted me with my oxygen electricity needs and a room to wait. John explained the repair necessesary and even informed me that financing was available as I am on a fixed income. I believe his name was Maurice, but in any case, the gentlemen who gave me rides both to and from the dealership was soooo very kind. He assisted me into my home and made sure that I was ok before leaving. Thank you entire service crew. I will be sure to recommend you! More
I was greeted immediately upon arrival (by name, which to me means a lot), and was waited on by John. I was there basically for an oil change and another issue my vehicle was experiencing. Kyle was very courteous and was concerned about my wifes issues with her Equinox. He asked many questions to make sure he understood what the problem was that had occurred. I was ready for a service and had gotten notice of a recall on my 2014 Silverado. I went to Phillips Chevy in Lansing and went to the service area where Kyle waited on us immediately. He asked what were recall on my 2014 Silverado. I went to Phillips Chevy in Lansing and went to the service area where Kyle waited on us immediately. He asked what were my issues and I also had some questions on how some new options worked on my Silverado. He explained to me how they worked but also when I picked up the vehicle the mechanic and Kyle had printed out how change some options so I can customize them to my liking. Mike Darge also made sure we had everything we needed including a rental so we could leave and get to work. I have dealt with Mike Darge for many years and purchased other vehicles form him and Phillips and have always been treated like I was their only customer. This kind of treatment makes you feel good and want to continue doing business with this dealership. More
