Lauren Maiero was one of thee best Salesperson(s) I have ever encountered during my many years of vehicle purchases/leases with various dealerships. She sent me a video of the vehicle I was Inquiring and di ever encountered during my many years of vehicle purchases/leases with various dealerships. She sent me a video of the vehicle I was Inquiring and directed the video towards me. I thought it was another stock dealership video until I heard my name (I felt special) It made it that much more personal. Might I add it was In the frigid temps (30 degrees). she took her time to make this for me during the very early morning. She was not "Pushy", Attentive to requests. I was dealing with 16 other dealerships and All except 2 sent me exactly as requested. But her time, patience with me with the inconveniences I created, won me over with Lauren being the salesperson I wanted to deal with. The vehicle was purchased site unseen because of her due diligence in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Lauren, for a great Vehicle Purchase experience! I will be back for all our vehicle purchase(s). More
